Luxetech Terms and Conditions 
1. Introduction 
Welcome to Luxetech. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of Luxetech’s website, products, and services. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our products or services. 
2. Product Description and Specifications 
Luxetech offers high-quality mobile televisions designed for portability and convenience. While we strive  to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. Product specifications, features, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. 
3. Orders and Payment 
• All orders must be placed through our official website or authorized retailers. 
• Payment must be completed before orders are processed and shipped. 
• We accept major credit/debit cards, online banking, digital wallets, and other available payment methods. 
• All transactions are securely processed, and Luxetech does not store payment details. 
• In case of payment failure or fraud detection, we reserve the right to cancel the order. 
4. Shipping and Delivery 
• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. 
• Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. 
• Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped. 
• Luxetech is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. 
• If the product is lost or damaged during transit, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the tracking information. 
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted areas. 
5. No Return, No Refund, and No Cancellation Policy 
5.1 No Returns 
• All sales are final. Luxetech strictly implements a No Return Policy for all purchases. 
• We encourage customers to carefully review product specifications and ensure the product meets their needs before completing a purchase. 
• Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to: buyer’s remorse, incorrect product selection, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. 
• If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo and video evidence. 
• If a manufacturing defect is verified, Luxetech may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement unit of the same model. The decision to replace a product is made on a case-by-case basis. 
• Unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be sent back at the customer’s expense. 
5.2 No Refunds 
• Luxetech enforces a No Refund Policy on all products. Once a purchase is confirmed and payment is processed, it is strictly non-refundable. 
• Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the product, mistaken orders, or failure to read product details. 
• In the case of a defective or incorrect product shipment, a replacement unit may be issued instead of a refund, subject to Luxetech’s review. 
• Shipping fees, handling charges, and installation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. 
• If Luxetech is unable to fulfill an order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund. 
5.3 No Cancellations 
• Once an order has been placed and a down payment or full payment has been made, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. 
• Luxetech does not entertain cancellation requests due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or unexpected expenses on the buyer’s end. 
• If an order is pending fulfillment and the customer requests cancellation, any paid amount will not be refunded. 
• Orders that are fully paid and awaiting shipment are non-refundable and non-cancelable. 
• Luxetech reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a replacement or store credit may be provided at the company’s discretion. 
6. Warranty and Repairs 
• Luxetech offers a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. 
• The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or natural wear and tear. 
• Customers must provide proof of purchase to claim warranty services. 
• Repair services may be available for products outside of the warranty period at an additional cost. 
7. Limitation of Liability 
• Luxetech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. 
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our products. 
• In no event shall Luxetech’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product. 
8. Privacy Policy 
• Personal information collected during purchase or inquiries will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  
• We do not share, sell, or rent customer information to third parties. 
• Customer data is protected using industry-standard encryption and security measures. 
9. User Conduct and Responsibilities 
• Customers must not use Luxetech products for illegal or unauthorized purposes. 
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify our products is strictly prohibited. 
• Customers must ensure proper maintenance and usage of the product as per the user manual. 
10. Intellectual Property Rights 
• All trademarks, logos, and content associated with Luxetech are the property of Luxetech and may not be copied or used without permission. 
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any part of our products or services is prohibited. 
11. Governing Law 
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Luxetech operates. 
• Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the appropriate legal venue. 
12. Amendments and Updates 
• Luxetech reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 
• Continued use of our products and services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.
