Refund policy

Returns 
• All sales are final. Luxetech strictly implements a No Return Policy for all purchases. 
• We encourage customers to carefully review product specifications and ensure the product 
meets their needs before completing a purchase. 
• Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to: buyer’s remorse, incorrect 
product selection, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. 
• If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, the customer must report the 
issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo and video evidence. 
• If a manufacturing defect is verified, Luxetech may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement unit 
of the same model. The decision to replace a product is made on a case-by-case basis. 
• Unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be sent back at the customer’s expense. 

 Refunds 
• Luxetech enforces a No Refund Policy on all products. Once a purchase is confirmed and 
payment is processed, it is strictly non-refundable. 
• Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the product, 
mistaken orders, or failure to read product details. 
• In the case of a defective or incorrect product shipment, a replacement unit may be issued 
instead of a refund, subject to Luxetech’s review. 
• Shipping fees, handling charges, and installation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. 
• If Luxetech is unable to fulfill an order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, a 
store credit may be issued instead of a refund.Â
