Refund policy
ReturnsÂ
• All sales are final. Luxetech strictly implements a No Return Policy for all purchases.Â
• We encourage customers to carefully review product specifications and ensure the productÂ
meets their needs before completing a purchase.Â
• Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to: buyer’s remorse, incorrectÂ
product selection, dissatisfaction, or change of mind.Â
• If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, the customer must report theÂ
issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo and video evidence.Â
• If a manufacturing defect is verified, Luxetech may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement unitÂ
of the same model. The decision to replace a product is made on a case-by-case basis.Â
• Unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.Â
 RefundsÂ
• Luxetech enforces a No Refund Policy on all products. Once a purchase is confirmed andÂ
payment is processed, it is strictly non-refundable.Â
• Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the product,Â
mistaken orders, or failure to read product details.Â
• In the case of a defective or incorrect product shipment, a replacement unit may be issuedÂ
instead of a refund, subject to Luxetech’s review.Â
• Shipping fees, handling charges, and installation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.Â
• If Luxetech is unable to fulfill an order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, aÂ
store credit may be issued instead of a refund.Â
